  5. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, green chilli, Curry leaves and fry a minute. Keep adjust the flame. Masala shouldn't burn..
  6. Now to this time add grinded peanuts and sesame seeds paste prepared earlier..
  7. Add water to make a thin paste, you might have to add almost a cup of water here..
  8. Cook this on low flame for 30 mins. After 30 mins oil floats from the sides. Keep stirring in between so that it doesn't burn from bottom..
  9. Then add chopped coriander leaves, tamarind juice, jaggery, salt. Once it comes to boil add fried bhindi and cook this on slow flame for 5 mins..
